Only SENSY.TV has the right to use the Marks as described below. We appreciate your adherence and understanding. When utilizing the SENSY.TV Marks, please ensure you:

• Use SENSY.TV Marks responsibly. You are permitted to use the SENSY.TV Marks to inform your audience that you are a creator on SENSY.TV or have a profile on the platform.
• Follow these Brand Guidelines at all times when using SENSY.TV Marks.
• Spell SENSY.TV Marks correctly.

• Filing a trademark, copyright, or patent that includes SENSY.TV Marks.
• Licensing or attempting to license SENSY.TV Marks to third parties in any manner.
• Using SENSY.TV Marks on merchandise unless prior written consent is obtained from us for each specific use.
