Hi I had Bell's palsy in 1998, it's recovered 80-90% but I am still having some issues like I can smile properly, I can't raise 1 eyebrow. Can we has solution of surgery to overcome this problem

It will take about 10 days to 2 weeks for most of the swelling and bruising to resolve.
